Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for open fire included (Oct-Apr). Hairdryers provided in both bedrooms. On road parking. Back yard with garden furniture. No smoking. Please note there are 2 steps into the back garden.. Perfect holiday home for couples or a small family with fabulous attention to detail throughout. With a tasteful separate living room with plenty of space and a wonderful cosy open fire for cool evenings. With a small rear enclosed area it is a perfect spot for relaxing after a day exploring or with your morning cup of tea.

An ideal place to stay within walking distance of the historic market town of Alnwick. There is a great choice of amenities in Alnwick, including a cinema/playhouse, restaurants, independent shops, and a variety of pubs within walking distance. Barter Books is only a 5 minute walk. Alnwick Castle, home to the Duke of Northumberland and the film location for Harry Potter’s Hogwarts, is a popular visitor attraction and is within walking distance. Visit Alnwick Gardens, a spectacular interpretation of a formal garden, which includes a grand cascade waterfall, poison garden, and a restaurant situated within the largest treehouse in Europe. Also worth a visit is Lilidorei, a new attraction for younger members and is a mysterious folly with surprises at every turn. Vist the Pixie House, Sprite House, Squiffle House, Troll House, Dwarves House, Elf House, Fairy House, Hobgoblin House and more, and is just a 12 minute walk away.

    Fabulous place to stay and great location for walks and beaches being just short drive away. This townhouse was spotlessly clean and we have high standards!Everything you need for a relaxing stay with abundance of supermarkets close by. Lovely touch leaving a welcome pack and pint of milk. Easy parking outside and sturdy gate by road if you have a dog . This was our second visit and it didn’t disappoint. Thanks

    Had a great stay Very well equipped house spotlessly clean in an excellent location .Can walk to all local amenities shops , pubs the castle and of course Barter Books. Not far to drive to the the coast and lots of castles!!Welcome pack of local products and coffee and most appreciated after a long journey up milk in the fridge for a cup of tea !!Will definitely stay here again

    Good location ( not ideal parking on busy main road ) for trips to multiple local places.. two pubs ( Fleece / Plough) within walkable distance plus Barter Books 📚 ( plus cafe) .. two convenience stores very close..Townhouse facilities are very good, lounge, kitchen, bedrooms , bathroom ( although downstairs toilet only) .. Nice welcome package to help settling in and logs for fire .. weather was really good so we were only in during evenings after dark but it was warm and comfortable with a good tv package..
