Lovely character with lots of wildlife. Red squirrel sealed the deal when choosing the cottage and we were not disappointed. Welcome pack was a lovely touch.

Arrived to find all as described, we have stayed in numerous cottages over the year's, however this trumps them all. Two marvellous bedrooms, fantastic bathroom and enough space upstairs to keep your bags etc. Downstairs, all open plan, but each space zoned out so uou did not feel claustrophobic. Fantastic garden conservatory for reading or chilling to watch the red squirrels, numerous garden birds including a Sparrowhawk and owl. Deer also observed on the land passed the garden stream The garden itself was superb, the owner even granted us permission to use the Rubarb The owner is a few doors away and is available should they be needed. A fantastic week, highly recommended.

The welcome pack was a wonderful surprise when we arrived after a long journey. The cottage is spacious, well equipped and warm! The log burner made it all feel cosy after a day exploring.
