Once part of Mainsfield Farm and thought to date back to the 1600s, these former dairy barns and hay stores have been carefully restored to create five exceptional holiday cottages – Wagtail, Swallow, Barn Owl, Peewit and Red Kite – together sleeping up to 22 guests. The cottages are tucked within a secure gated development, complete with private parking and an on-site concierge available during the day for any assistance. Guests are welcomed at reception, where they receive their keys, cottage information and a generous welcome pack, including fluffy robes and slippers, to ensure a relaxing start to their stay.

Swallow Cottage is a stylish first-floor retreat, finished to a high standard and designed for comfort. Its open-plan living and dining space features a flicker-effect fire, Smart TV and comfortable seating, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, while two double bedrooms offer restful accommodation with plenty of storage. A modern bathroom with a walk-in double shower completes this elegant cottage. Each property benefits from its own private indoor spa suite with a bubbling hot tub, breakfast bar and robe hangers.
