Number 2 Greenwell Terrace is a beautiful cottage, well presented, very clean and with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The garden is great and provided lots of fun for our dog, as he could say "hello" to everyone who used the footpath at the bottom of the garden. The area is very attractive and the cottage is a great base for travelling around to visit local landmarks. We had some lovely walks both local to the cottage and further afield. The owners of the cottage were great to deal with, easy to contact and very helpful. We would highly recommend a stay at the cottage!

We really enjoyed our week at No 2 Greenwell Terrace. Owners were quick to help when there was an unexpected problem. We thought the garden was better than the photograph on the website. Frosterley is an excellent base for walking in Weardale.
