This Grade II listed end-terrace flint cottage was built in 1845 and is perfectly situated for country strolls yet only a short walk to Wymondham historic centre with its breath-taking abbey, weekly market, country pubs and coffee shops. Inside the owners have created a smart retreat, with a marvellous collection of colourful art, which gives the property an eclectic and charming feel that makes it very memorable and homely. Spend your evening keeping up to date with all your favourite shows and enjoying quality family time in the spacious open-plan lounge, with the woodburning stove to keep you warm during those chilly evenings. There is a dining area with seating for up to four people, a wonderful social space for the whole family to dine together. We love the easy access for trains, main road A11, and just a short walk into Wymondham. The cottage maybe old but has a lovely charm about it, the wood burner in winter is a bonus for cosy nights in.

The location is good in that you have access to trains, north or south, just a few steps away . And Wymondham is a beautiful little Norfolk town .
