The house is well served by local amenities both within the village itself and in nearby towns, making this a great property for a quick, fun getaway, or a longer, more relaxed visit.

Situated in the beautiful Waveney Valley, on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk, the lovely town of Harleston is within easy reach of both the Suffolk Heritage Coast and the huge selection of charming little towns and villages scattered throughout the countryside. This friendly little settlement hosts a wide range of interesting and unique amenities, such as shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries and museums. Local produce can be purchased at a weekly market with local game and fresh fish on sale. Country walks, angling, bird watching, antique auctions, Sandringham Castle and the famous Norfolk Broads are all within easy reach, making Harleston a wonderful base from which to explore all that this region has to offer.
Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways - East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
