This four-bedroom, beautifully presented cottage is perfect for a getaway to the Norfolk countryside with family or as a group of friends and ideally situated for walkers and cyclist who will be spoilt for choice with all the trails nearby. Seething is a charming village with a local store and post office and located in the heart of Norfolk, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The village is also home to Seething Control Tower Museum, a living memorial to the service personal who served in the USA AF 448TH Bomb Group. Loddon, the closest market town (3.5 miles), and a gateway to the Norfolk Broads, offers an array of shops, pubs and eateries.

Upon entry through the rear porch, you are greeted by a large kitchen/diner. The space has been carefully curated for comfort and ease of cooking for a crowd. As well as an eight-seater dining table there is also a breakfast bar and copious amounts of storage for your big family feast. From this area you enter a very spacious staircase hallway with a coat cupboard and understairs cupboard for your household essentials. Following the hallway through the cottage, you will find yourself in the first of two sitting rooms. This room has double glazed doors through to the main sitting room which can remain closed or can be kept open to create a larger communal space; the wood burner in this space creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. Both rooms are fitted with a 43-inch Smart TV and one benefits from a DVD player. Before heading upstairs, you will find a utility room and a downstairs WC and shower room for convenience. Upstairs, from the main landing, there is access to a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a smaller twin bedroom decorated specially for children although contain full size single beds so adults are able to sleep in this room too. These bedrooms are served by a large family bathroom. Continue from the landing into the master bedroom, a spacious room with high ceiling, a king-size bed, Smart TV and en-suite shower room. This room also has a beautiful set of French doors which open onto a Juliet balcony with countryside views.

To the rear of the cottage, the garden has a large patio with furniture which can also be accessed from the French doors in the kitchen and gets plenty of sun throughout the day. From the patio you can head to a large, grassed area, with plenty of space for those of all ages to enjoy some quality time together. The garden and driveway are fenced in and gated.
