We had a lovely stay at Waterside. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The downstairs is nice and bright and having the downstairs loo was very handy. Upstairs, the bedrooms are spacious. The master bedroom has a TV and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is fine. We particularly liked using the boat and took her out nearly everyday. It is a short walk to Wroxham where this a pub, fish and chip shops, Thai restaurant, Indian restaurant and McDonald's, most of which we sampled! There are also numerous gift shops, toy shop and supermarket. Further afield we visited The Aviation museum, The Radar museum and had a trip on the Bure valley railway, all of which we'd recommend. Leon was extremely helpful and friendly. He explained how to use the boat clearly and nothing was too much trouble. We would love to come back to Warerside at some point in the future.

House absolutely fantastic, eveything you could need or want all included , beautiful hamper on arrival waiting in the kitchen, clean and modern. Location fantastic! With the added boat included… brilliant! We had the best weekend we have had in along time. We spent most the weekend enjoying exploring on the boat. Absolutely will be coming back again ! It’s truly a little gem and 100% worth a visit

Highly recommend this lovely cottage, the quality of furniture and fittings is very high. The use of a day boat was a real bonus and included in the price. Communications with Leon (the owner) was excellent. We’ve stayed in 4 or 5 cottages in Wroxham over the years and this was the best
