Snaptrip says

Keepers Cottage in Norfolk receives high praise for its cleanliness, spacious garden, and well-equipped kitchen. Guests enjoy the hot tub and the property's suitability for dogs. The tranquil location is appreciated, though some note limited public rights of way for walking. Comfort levels are generally good, despite comments about low ceilings and bed sizes. The cottage's facilities are well-regarded, but some minor maintenance issues are mentioned. Thoughtfulness is noted in the secure environment for pets and the provision of a well-equipped kitchen, although no consistent mention of welcome gifts is made.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently commend the cottage for its cleanliness, describing it as very clean and tidy, which indicates a high standard of hygiene maintained at the property.

The location is praised for its tranquillity and rural charm. However, some guests were disappointed with the limited public rights of way for walking, which slightly affects the score.

The cottage is generally found to be comfortable and well laid out. However, there are remarks about low ceilings causing discomfort and some guests finding the beds less than ideal, which slightly lowers the comfort score.

Facilities like the hot tub, secure garden, and well-equipped kitchen are highlights, though some operational instructions are missing and minor maintenance issues are reported. The driveway condition is also a concern for some guests.

While the reviews reflect a thoughtful provision of facilities and secure environment for pets, there is no consistent mention of welcome gifts or additional thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.
