Summer Time is a delightful, west-facing detached single storey timber property. Set on the edge of the River Yare, opposite Surlingham Broad Nature Reserve, it is perfect holiday accommodation for relaxing and watching boats go by. Fishing is available from the riverbank (seasonal licence required) and with many types of fish to be caught. This is an ideal position for nature lovers and artists. The railway station is just 500 yards away. Within 30 minutes you could be in Great Yarmouth, enjoying the promenade and the sandy beach or alternatively spending time in the fine city of Norwich with its cathedral, museum, theatres, excellent shopping, array of cafes and restaurants. Shop 650 yards, pub and restaurant 500 yards.

This is a lovely cottage on the river YareExcellent quality mattresses and comfortable furniture.We have stayed here many times. It is a short walk to Brundall station where you can get trains to Norwich or Great Yarmouth.Can highly recommend this property.

First time in Norfolk and at Summertime, its ideally placed within a half hour of the coast and inland attractions. You have near enough everything you could need at the cottage, we saw the otters and plenty of feathered friends. My hubby enjoyed the fishing, I enjoyed the relaxing time there. Would book again.

We have been going to summertime now for years and always enjoy our stay it's a lovely quiet place to stay everything you need including a bait fridge in the shed outside nice garden with furniture and well equipped our weather was very hot 35c on the wednesday and the fishing was very good this year cought some very big bream it's lovely to watch all the boats go past we saw a lot more than in previous years and have booked again for next year
