Situated just a few yards from the waterside, in the heart of the Broadland village of Horning, known as the ’Jewel of the Norfolk Broads’.
Beautifully styled, furnished and equipped to offer comfort. Having social open plan accommodation to offer relaxing family accommodation. The well equipped kitchen offers opportunity to dine at home, and the enclosed back garden is perfect to relax in or enjoy alfresco dining. For those who prefer to dine out, there are plenty of eateries all within a short walk.
Horning village has three welcoming pubs located on the waterside with beer gardens, ideal for a spot of lunch or an evening meal or tipple, together with a village shop, café/tea room and ice cream parlour. Boat hire is available nearby, which makes for an excellent way to explore the beauty of the Broads. Alternatively, hire a bike, and discover the pretty villages that surround. A 10-minute drive will take you into Wroxham, the ’Capital of the Broads’, with its riverside cafés, restaurants, shops, mini model village and train station. From here you can jump on the Bure Valley Steam Railway, with the train stopping at mid station within the pretty waterside village of Coltishall, where you can jump on and off, or continue onto to the popular market town of Aylsham.
Fishing is available on your doorstep, seasonal and with licence required. Bewilderwood Adventure Park, with its tree walks, zip wires and much more, is a short drive away. Dinosaur Park at Lenwade, Banham Zoo, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth are sure to keep the youngest family members entertained! Alternatively, spend a day exploring the city of Norwich, a shoppers delight, 11 miles. Close by there is a playing field, complete with children’s amenities. Beach 12 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

What a lovely holiday stay in beautiful Horning Norfolk Perfect location a few steps away from the village centre, river, shops & lovely pubs within a few minutes walk The house itself was beautifully clean with all amenities (could have done with a fan for the bedroom but who knew we'd have a heatwave!)Directions to the property were very clear & a very special welcome box had everything needed too

Staithe View is a modern good size three bed house - really clean and close to the Pubs and local well stocked shop - we had a very relaxing time and many thanks for the amazing welcome pack - it was greatly appreciated by us both. We would return again as such a lovely place in a beautiful area.
