A perfect choice for great seaside holidays.

Recently renovated inside and out, with a new eco electric heating system installed. Thoughtfully presented to offer a comfortable and well equipped home, to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. Being an upside-down house, having bedrooms on the ground floor and living accommodation on first floor accessed via a wooden spiral staircase. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare family meals. The garden room is very inviting, with comfy seating and garden views. The private sunny enclosed walled courtyard garden is the perfect spot for relaxing, and dining al fresco, or a peaceful drink at night.

Situated in the heart of the popular traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth, you are within walking distance of shops and a plethora of pubs. The wonderful sandy beach and promenade parade has a wealth of attractions available. Great Yarmouth has a 15 mile stretch of a glorious, sandy beach with pier, entertainment, Sea Life Centre, bowling, amusements, donkey rides, bouncy castles, wax world, model village, fun fair for both small children and adrenaline rides, crazy golf, water park, restaurants and cafés. Deck chairs are available for hire and boat trips to visit the seals at Scroby Sands. Central beach hosts fireworks spectacular each Wednesday (weather permitting) during the summer season.

The town centre has a shopping mall and market square; a great place for seeking fresh fish, sea food and fruit, along with supermarkets and a train station close by. Quayside is home to the Time and Tide museum and Nelson’s museum. Nearby is the stadium for grey hound racing, stock car racing and horse racing course. The famous Norfolk Broads is just 13 miles away, a National Park with over 125 miles of waterways. There are daily river and boat trips, and riverside eateries. The city of Norwich is an excellent shopping area, with two indoor malls, a market square, cathedral, castle museum, theatre, cafés and restaurants. Thrigby Wildlife Centre, Pleasurewood Hills theme park, Somerleyton Hall and Gardens within an hour’s drive. Fishing nearby. Beach ¼ mile. Pubs, shops and take away restaurants 300 yards.

    Beautiful cottage very clean and everything there for whatever we needed, garden was a bit small fir 2 dogs but they went out to the beach twice a day for them to exercise .
