The property lies just 300 yards from a glorious sandy beach. Mundesley is home to one of Norfolk’s best beaches and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village centre has shops, cafés, a post office and pub. There is a 9-hole golf course and plenty of circular walks to enjoy. The lively seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham are close by. Explore Cromer, 7 miles, with its pier, golf course and town centre with shops, cafés and restaurants. Sheringham has an indoor swimming pool, shops and a market, and the North Norfolk Steam Railway, with trips to neighbouring coastal resorts and golf courses.
Norwich city is within a 40-minute drive for excellent shopping malls, theatre, castle, museum, cafés and restaurants. The market town of north Walsham for shops, cafés, banks and supermarkets is a 15-minute drive away. Stow Mill is situated on the outskirts of Mundesley, built as a flour mill in 1826, it has been beautifully restored. Discover the famous Norfolk Broads with miles of inland waterways and rich in wildlife and bird life. Wroxham offers daily boat hire and river trips, as well as riverside cafés, restaurants and shops. Wroxham Barns, Bewilderwood at Horning and Lenwade Dinosaur Park make great days out for children. We had a wonderful weekend and the house was perfect for our family break. Spotlessly clean and great to have stairgates and high chair available. Situated in an ideal position close to the beach and great food / shops / playground available within easy walking distance. The hosts provided a lovely welcome pack and it felt very homely with toys / games for us and the children available. We were also provided with plenty of local information and things to do. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful place to stay. Kitchen very well equipped (only thing missing was a vegetable peeler). Everywhere inside the property was spotless and comfortable. Hosts friendly and very quick to respond to queries before our booking. Can also recommend the Ship Inn for somewhere to eat in Mundesley.

lovely house, beautifully decorated for Christmas, with welcome pack. loved the range style oven and american fridge freezer. all very comfortable throughout. well situated for the beach. would have preferred hand rails for top shower/bath also top floor bedroom rather chilly. otherwise perfect.
