Just had a loverly week on the Broads. House was lovely and clean lots of equipment in the kitchen, but it really does need some TLC especially the beds. Broken toilet seat in the down stairs bathroom and the oven could do with the heat settings put back on as its pot luck as to which knob does what! The ramp upto the house needs replacing it was a bit hairy to get across especially as we had very high tides, saying all that we did have a nice time and the boat was great too.

Another great holiday had this year at Silver Dawn. Very clean as always. However the beds are still very uncomfortable. The river frontage is in need of repair and the tree by the river’s edge was in need of a good lop.
