Rabbit Warren and adjoining properties are very attractive, great design and spacious but unfortunately lack of attention to detail, equipment and maintenance did not make, what could be a five star property, a comfortable stay. We were booked for 3 nights but chose to leave after 2 nights.

Me, the wife and little girl (she’s 3) stayed here for 3 days for my wife’s birthday weekend, nice place, good location even know it’s called nowhere lane! The only trouble we had was that one of the owner text myself to restart the router (no problem!!) did that but turns out next door still didn’t have internet, so asked if I can give them the router not really thinking about it! Gave them the router and then we have no WIFI, not a massive problem for me and the wife, we got internet on our phones BUT when my little girl got up in the morning and wanted to watch some tv while she had breakfast the TV didn’t work! So text the guy back and he just said someone might come out and have a look tomorrow, no body did but was our last day so whatever! That was the only thing that let this place down really!

Lovely cottage in a lovely setting. The cottage as a whole was clean, however, fridge had dirty shelves and mugs and plates had to be cleaned before use.Beds really comfy and lots of space in rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of storage cupboards for bags. Shower doesnt contain the water very well so made the bathroom floor wet on each use but the bath and hot tub were excellent. Location allowed for trips to the coast, norwich and up towards Sandringham. Plenty of places to eat within a 20 mins drive. Overall a wonderful place to stay for a quiet break.
