Less than five miles and eleven miles, respectively, separate the village of Lenwade from the city of Norwich and the market town of Reepham. The community has a number of lakes that are popular with fishermen and birdwatchers, as well as stores, a pub, a post office, and tea rooms. It also has the Dinosaur Adventure Park. Reepham, a nearby ancient market town, has Georgian architecture, a weekly market, shops, taverns, restaurants, and tea rooms in addition to an 18th-century market square. The city of Norwich, with its beautiful cathedral and commercial district, is reachable by car, while the Norfolk coast, with its Blue Flag beaches, is farther away. A great place to explore everything Norfolk has to offer.

The property as a whole is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The bathrooms are lovely with one of the best showers we’ve had in a holiday home. The kitchen is well equipped, so we were able to cook almost as well as at home. We particularly appreciated the welcome pack, the extra fridge, and the lockable storage room. The road is a little noisy, but we weren’t disturbed by it. The view over the fields more than made up for it, and we really enjoyed watching the sheep. Joanne and Darren were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We were pleased to find it was lovely and warm thanks to the underfloor heating. It also has a useful second fridge in a lockable separate utility room.

Joanne and Darren have thought of everything in the property and we were able to cook in the property each night. We’ve especially loved the roll top bath, and this felt extremely luxurious…There are plenty of walks from the cottage, literally seconds from the property and you’re at grassed areas / street for the dogs toilet, just a few mins walk away and you’re then at the start of a lovely trail, which also leads to the Marriotts Way, just around by the church, our Sprocker loved this trail. The property is roughly only 20-25 min from the Uni, and only around 25min from Norwich City centre. The drive goes by and really didn’t seem long at all. There are also plenty of supermarkets only a short drive away (Lidl, Tesco and Asda). Thank you Joanne and Darren, we can’t wait to stay again soon and would definitely recommend this property.
