The property lies in a charming holiday park which has been designated a Dark Sky Discovery Site, with an array of walking trails and a conservation pond, as well as a leisure centre with a bar, restaurant, sauna, gym and tennis courts. The site is also home to a red squirrel breeding programme. For a day by the sea, you can head to the beautiful beaches at Weybourne (1.5 miles) or Sheringham (5 miles), or you can head inland to visit the elegant Georgian market town of Holt (5 miles). Local attractions and landmarks include Baconsthorpe Castle, Muckleburgh Military Collection, and Felbrigg Hall, Gardens and Estate, all within 7.5 miles.

Entering this cheerful, bright and spacious lodge, you will be greeted by the generous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a relaxing space with light streaming in via the French doors leading out onto the decked space. The bright and cheery lounge has ample soft seating and a TV alongside a wood burner-effect electric fire, providing an ideal space for everyone to settle back and relax after a memorable day out. A central dining table is over by the windows, perfect for enjoying a hearty meal you can prepare in the stylishly arranged and fully equipped kitchen. Exploring this lovely single-level bolthole further, you will find a refreshing main shower room and two cosy bedrooms: a pretty twin room and a cheerful king-size room with its own en-suite shower room.

Patio doors lead out from the main living area onto the delightful enclosed decked space, surrounded by an open lawn and featuring garden furniture, making it a charming spot for dining alfresco and taking in the tranquil surroundings. Guests will also have access to the site's facilities, including the bar, restaurant, and leisure centre with tennis courts, swimming pools, games room, gym, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room – additional charges apply. The site also has idyllic woodland walks, placid ponds and chances to spot rare red squirrels. A designated parking space is available.
