The cottage is modern and comfortable, bright and cheerful throughout. Set on three floors with a first floor sitting room, it is ideal for families and is well-equipped throughout, with the wonderful added bonus of a beach hut for guest use.

On the ground floor a cheerful and bespoke quality kitchen leads to a family room/snug with french doors to a small enclosed courtyard. The main sitting room is on the first floor, with comfy corner sofa, smart television and cosy work desk area. There's a comfortable master bedroom and generous shower room on this floor too. On the top floor are a further two bedrooms, double and twin, with views towards the marshes, and a family bathroom.

It's a short stroll into the town centre and bustling harbour. You can walk (or drive) to the beach at Wells and along to the highly commended Holkham Beach (awarded Best Beach in Britain) and discover the famous beach huts parading themselves in such a fabulous location! The beach hut is at Wells beach, a great base equipped with chairs, toys and simple cooking facilities.

The lovely beach hut on Wells beach has everything needed for a splendid day at the beach. It is equipped with chairs, table, wind break, toys and games, cups, plates & cutlery and simple cooking facilities. Drinking water can be obtained from the tap on the beach.
