Just minutes from Wells-next-the-Sea where you will find a wide sandy beach with painted beach huts, a quay with bobbing boats that are just begging to be photographed, and a great mix of artisan and boutique places to eat, drink and shop you couldn’t be better placed to explore.
Coastal lovers will find a host of habitats including salt and clay marshes, sand and shingle beaches and rolling sand dunes. Lovely well appointed, spacious and colourful cottage perfect for family. Garden is next to a fast road with gates and picket fence so care with young kids needed. But lovely location for exploring the north Norfolk coast.

We really enjoyed our stay at Orchard Farmhouse. It was absolutely stunning and very comfortable. The location was perfect for beach days at Wells and local sightseeing. The children loved their bedrooms. We found the farmhouse had lots of space and was well equipped. We'll definitely return one day.
