This semi-detached holiday home is in a quiet side road of similar homes, an easy walk from the picturesque harbour of this pretty fishing village and small working port, with wide beaches (Wells beach 1½ miles). It has lawned gardens and offers a good base for couples and small families exploring the wealth of beaches, bird reserves and the livelier resorts of North Norfolk. Sandringham 12 miles, and historic King’s Lynn and the Broads around 30 minutes drive. Shops 30 yards, pubs and restaurants 300 yards.

A good location next to the town centre. The house was good value and fine for a couple or small family. The owner/caretaker lives next door and was extremely helpful. Parking in Wells Next the Sea is difficult, so having a parking space was extremely easy.

A small but nice and clean modern house in a pleasant location. Supermarket very close by plus the town is within walking distance.

The holiday home was very dated and tired looking. Facilities need updating. Shabby old furniture and kitchen cabinets need attention. Garden untidy and overgrown but the owners were struggling to get a gardener. House was generally clean and bed was clean and lovely and comfortable. Proximity to town centre good and close to amenities and house had driveway for our car. Caretaker next door very friendly and helpful. Just a pity the house interior could have been better. Kettle needed descaling, grubby settee. It was a bit depressing.
