A beautiful cosy cottage to spend a holiday and the perfect location to explore the coast both east and west. The coastal path is a short distance at the end of Greenway and the Coasthopper bus has a stop right outside the cottages and goes from Wells to Cromer. We loved the beach at Wells and along to Holkham - spotted seals basking on the sandbanks. The heritage railway line (Poppy Line) from Sheringham to Holt is worth a visit. Lovely crab sandwiches at 'Flo and Jo' in the old fish sheds in Wells and good coffee and food at Stiffkey Stores. The lady next door (No 76) was very friendly and helpful and has a dog who is full of fun. Hope to return in the future.

A beautiful cottage and gardens. The resident neighbours are so friendly and helpful. Would recommend the fast seafood van in the car park at Blakeney and Joe and Flo's van on the way to Wells.

We've had the best time! The cottage is lovely - cosy and comfy. Stiffkey is a great village and we had all that we needed on the doorstep. Yet there is so much to see in the area without driving too far. Coastal walks were our highlight, bird spotting, butterflies and wild flowers galore. Lovely meal in The Red Lion. Everyone here is so friendly too. Thanks go especially to our neighbour who took our food delivery in when we arrived later than planned. Inky the dog is a hit too!
