West Somerton is a small Broadland village tucked into a quiet corner of east Norfolk, super for all bird-watching enthusiasts! It has been featured in the BBC Coast programme and quoted by Nicholas Crane "as my favourite place on the Norfolk Broads". Certainly West Somerton has one of the prettiest staithes. Families will enjoy days out at the many attractions in the area: try Bewilderwood, great adventure for the children, or a day cruising the Broads. The sandy beaches at Winterton and Horsey are only two miles away, with the bustling seaside resort of Great Yarmouth a little further.
