You could not be more centrally located, right in the heart of Sheringham's vibrant town centre, perfectly situated for the many shops/restaurants and a short stroll to the beach.
Ground floor: Front door leading into open plan Lounge/diner: with TV and DVD player, dining table and staircase. Door into Kitchen: Electric hob and oven. Microwave. Fridge. Washing machine. Dishwasher, Backdoor lobby with door to newly renovated (2019) Family bathroom: bath with shower over, washbasin and WC.
First floor: 1 Twin bedroom with washbasin. 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower and washbasin. Separate WC. Sofa bed in the lounge.
Please note: Small courtyard. (Courtyard not enclosed and provides walkway access to the property behind). 1 well behaved dog welcome at £20.00 per week. WiFi. Stairgate, Travel cot(please bring own bedding) and highchair available. Please bring own bed linen and towels.

“Our stay at Little Gem was wonderful; our first short break since lockdown. We were so pleased to be able to bring our little dog with us; her first time on a beach! Cottage was like home from home, very quiet and relaxing and had everything we needed. Superb location. We wished we had booked for a longer stay and look forward to visiting again.”

“Our main reason for booking this place is the location and off road parking which is good for a small car. What I don’t like about this property is the side of the house is a right of way into other houses so if your car is large you end up in a situation where people are squeezing passed to get through. The window that looks into the dining area has a very, very sheer blind on it so at night you can see straight inside from outside, I know I checked. The bathroom would benefit from a bath mat to keep the floor dry, whilst people will bring towels and bedding they don’t tend to take bath matts so I’d think in the interests of keeping the property dry and in good condition I’d supply a matt and then provide another clean one when the next change over takes place. This is a great place and only needs a few minor adjustments . Beds are comfortable and having an extra toilet upstairs is good. Great place for 2 people ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at little gem. Our only problem was trying to work the electric cooker instructions were not very helpful! Everything about the cottage was quite charming and so near everything in Sherringham. Looking forward to our next visit”
