Door to Sitting Room: with bay window, comfortable sofas, Smart TV and table with 2 chairs.

First Floor:Staircase leading to first floor small landing with step, with door to Principal Bedroom: with double bed, dressing table and built in wardrobe. Family Bathroom: bath with shower over, washbasin, towel rail and WC wardrobe. Door from landing to: Double bedroom: with double bed and wardrobe. Single bedroom: with single bed and views towards Beeston bump.

Outside: Small, fenced garden with decking and grass and mature shrubs and trees.
