Please note: Outside: enclosed, patio area to the rear of the property with seating. Parking to the rear of the property. Amenities: WI-FI. Bed linen and towels provided. Location: beach 1.5 km, pubs and shops a 15 minute stroll.

You enter the door and either your heart sinks or you pleasantly feel reassured by the condition and cleanliness of the accommodation. 53 Childs Way did not disappoint. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, and on a very quiet Estate. Everything we needed was provided, even a table and chairs for the outside space and a charcoal barbecue free to use in the garage. Would highly recommend. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at 53 Child’s Way as we are of the opinion that the property full filled all our requirements for our week’s holiday in Sheringham in abundance with a better than normal quality of internal decoration and utensils in the kitchen. We especially enjoyed the barbecue we had in the rear area in the lovely sunshine we were blessed with for the week, as the senior member of the party I had no problem in climbing the hill on the walk back to the property even after a long walk on the North Norfolk coastal walk.
