A cosy, well presented house with all modern amenities that is well equipped and renovated to high standard. The conservatory leads to an enclosed patio which can be used for alfresco dining during the fabulous summer and the starry nights.
Ground floor: Front door leading into hallway, with door to: WC and washbasin. Lounge, with TV and DVD player, door into: Open plan kitchen/diner: with gas hob and electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, double doors leading into the conservatory with doors to patio.
First floor: Stairs leading to landing with doors to: TWO double bedrooms. Family bathroom with a shower over bath, WC and washbasin.
Please note: Outside: enclosed, patio area to the rear of the property with seating. Parking to the rear of the property. Amenities: WI-FI. Bed linen and towels provided. Location: beach 1.5 km, pubs and shops a 15 minute stroll.

“Any holiday or break, as in our case for our wedding anniversary is influenced greatly by the property you stay. You enter the door and either your heart sinks or you pleasantly feel reassured by the condition and cleanliness of the accommodation. 53 Childs Way did not disappoint. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, and on a very quiet Estate. Everything we needed was provided, even a table and chairs for the outside space and a charcoal barbecue free to use in the garage. Would highly recommend. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at 53 Child’s Way as we are of the opinion that the property full filled all our requirements for our week’s holiday in Sheringham in abundance with a better than normal quality of internal decoration and utensils in the kitchen. We especially enjoyed the barbecue we had in the rear area in the lovely sunshine we were blessed with for the week, as the senior member of the party I had no problem in climbing the hill on the walk back to the property even after a long walk on the North Norfolk coastal walk. To sum up excellent rental property 11 out of 10 ”
