As you enter the property through an all-glass lobby there is ample space to hang your coats and store your shoes. Sliding back the large glass door you will enter a large sitting room with 2 three-seater sofas and cosy electric fire which will give you additional warmth throughout the winter months. Continue through to the contemporary kitchen comprising of high spec units and integrated appliances. With wooden flooring throughout this space provides a comfortable flexible communal area with a roomy oak table which can seat 6 and a large 3-seater sofa to accommodate all your guests. Leading off from the kitchen is an additional downstairs cloakroom.

The stairs lead to spacious airy landing boasting high ceilings off from which are two generous bedrooms with king size beds, ample storage and one with a glass bay window which floods the room with light. Upstairs includes a fully tiled wet room with heated towel rail. Start your mornings with a rich and aromatic cup of coffee (and maybe a pastry from the local bakery) out on the front patio or spend your evenings in the rear courtyard garden as you indulge in a delicious BBQ and chilled glass of wine. When ready to explore the very best that Norfolk has to offer, be sure to spend the day on Sheringham Beach where you can admire colourful beach huts or enjoy a drink whilst watching the waves roll in. Learn of local history at Sheringham Museum or spend the day on the North Norfolk railway line also known as the Poppy Line, a 5 mile (8.4 km) heritage steam railway where you can travel to the Georgian town of Holt enjoying the stunning coastal scenery on route. Take advantage of the dining trains or experience one of the fantastic events which are offered throughout the year, these are suitable for both enthusiast and tourist alike. If you fancy a challenge Sheringham boosts one of the most desirable golf courses set on a glorious cliff-top location which is reputed to be in the Top 100 Courses in the country. Sheringham is centrally based which means you can easily catch a show at the Pavilion Theatre and see captivating exhibitions at Cromer Museum. Meet the exotic residents of Amazona Zoo or admire the lavish 15th century dwelling of Felbrigg Hall, Gardens and Estate. Visit Holkham Hall and Holkham Beach, or explore the awe-inspiring landscapes of Scolt Head Island National Nature Reserve and enjoy a spot of birdwatching. See the imposing ruins of Creake Abbey or wander the 700-acre nature reserve of Pensthorpe Natural Park, before travelling to Sandringham to see the queens beloved country house Sandringham Estate.
