Outside and to the rear of the property, there is an enclosed garden with garden furniture, with an adult 2 seater swing chair, and ideal place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine on warmer evenings. To the front of the property is off road parking for two cars. Need to know: Refurbished for 2021 with new bathroom and furnishings. 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 bathroom. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Wi Fi. Pub and shop within walking distance. There is no handrail to the staircase. Short breaks are not accepted between 1st April 31st October each year, unless by prior arrangement with the owner.. The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at the property.
