Stepping outside you will find a large paved terrace with garden furniture and a plate glass end wall enabling an unobstructed sea view. A BBQ is provided making this a fantastic place to relax and dine al fresco and enjoy the stunning views over the beach and out to sea. At the rear of the property there is a bench where you can take in the sun. There is one designated parking space at the front of the property. Extra parking is on the road.
