Seasands in Sheringham is highly recommended for its spacious and comfortable accommodation, with spotless cleanliness and a well-equipped kitchen. Its prime location offers easy access to the town centre, beach, and local attractions. The provision of parking is a significant advantage in this bustling area. Although the top floor has low ceilings, this is a minor concern compared to the overall positive experience.

Guests consistently noted the property as spotlessly clean and well-kept, indicating a high standard of cleanliness.

The property's location is praised for being perfect, with proximity to the high street, seafront, and local attractions, as well as the convenience of having parking.

The reviews highlight very comfortable beds and sofas, and spacious rooms, although a minor issue was mentioned regarding low ceilings for taller guests.

The property is described as extremely well equipped, particularly the kitchen, and the inclusion of parking is highly valued. No negative comments about maintenance were made.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

I can highly recommend Seasands for a family holiday. The accommodation was really good: very spacious rooms, comfortable sofas, very comfortable beds, extremely well equipped and spacious kitchen, spotlessly clean and well kept. The location was perfect, being just around the corner from the top of Sheringham High Street and a short walk to the seafront. Also just a short car ride away from places to visit, such as Cromer, Amazona Zoo, Shire Horse Centre, Sheringham Park, Muckleborough, Felbrigg Hall. We had a lovely time, thank you.

An excellently located and very comfortable place to stay in our favourite town. Once we got used to it being a maisonette we fully relaxed and enjoyed just chilling out in the spacious accommodation. Perfect for popping into town or walking to the beach or railway. Having the parking was a major boon; this area gets very busy so not having to worry about this really helps. We've stayed in a number of cottages in Sheringham and this is one of the best. Only minor issue is the low ceilings on the top floor as most of us are over 6' tall but that was a minor item.
