A charming, former fisherman's cottage boasting stunning sea views from all rooms. This cottage is full of character and quirks with original beams, sloping ceilings and a Traditional Norfolk winder steep staircase; ideally located overlooking the sea just a few steps from the beach and promenade and within easy reach of all the amenities.
Ground floor: Front door opening into Lounge: with TV with free SAT and dining table, door to Kitchen: with electric fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven and fridge with freezer compartment. Traditional Norfolk winder steep staircase leading to small landing.
First floor: Bedroom: with Kingsize bed, feature beach hut wardrobe, wall mounted TV, with free SAT, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. Bathroom: corner bath, WC, pedestal hand basin.
Please note: Wi-Fi. Outside to the front of the cottage is a small enclosed area with table and chairs to enjoy the morning sunshine overlooking Lifeboat Plain. Whilst there is no parking at the property, the Cliff Road or Station car park are close by and both weekly and annual passes are available to purchase. Location: beach 0.05 miles, local amenities 0.1 miles. Due to the location, this cottage may experience noise from the local Pub during busy times.

“Lovely cottage, the lounge, well laid out with two nice comfortable sofa's , coffee tables ,and good dining table ,this was a lovely room to come back to when we had been out ,so relaxing . spacious kitchen well equipped all we needed.. Upstairs bedroom and bathroom all laid out nicely, great views of the sea., Being over 80 we did find the top of the stairs abit tricky but just had to take extra care ., We did enjoy our relaxing stay .”

“We had a really enjoyable stay in Scrimshaw Cottage. Very comfortable furniture and beds and all very well furnished. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. The situation was brilliant, being only a few yards from the sea wall, pubs/restaurants and the main shopping streets. Thank you.”
