An exceptionally well-equipped, clean and cosy cottage in a great location. Absolutely perfect for our New Year get-away. Good walks from the doorstep, stone’s throw from the beach. Wonderful restaurant No.10, less than 10 minutes walk.

This is a very clean, comfortable cottage and is well equipped. The beds are comfy and the lounge cosy. It's near to all the amenities Sheringham has to offer and the small parking area at the rear for one possibly 2(small) cars is helpful albeit accessible down a rather narrow terraced street. Would definitely book it if visiting the resort again.

Great property. Received lots of text and email notifications about arrival day but none mentioned that the parking was to the rear of the property and that I needed to drive into a separate street to access it. So it was quite confusing on arrival and we were eventually told by someone in the neighbouring property as to where the parking was. When found it was a great off street space that we could view and access from a gate in the back garden so no problem there.
