Situated in the heart of the North Norfolk Coast, the traditional coastal town of Sheringham is the home of the North Norfolk Steam Railway and offers day trips to the nearby Georgian town of Holt and Weybourne. Along with the cliff top Golf Course with ocean views, the town boasts an array of independent shops, pubs, cafes and places to eat along with a beautiful beach and popular museum. Cromer is close by, famous for the Cromer Crab and home of the end of the Pier Show. The National Trust properties of Blickling & Felbrigg Hall are close by and and why not visit Pensthorpe Park or see the resident seal colony at Blakeney Point, both within easy reach. Upon entering this traditional seaside town house you arrive in a small lobby area, enter using the door to the right and this will lead you to your ground floor holiday apartment. Enter and to your right is the lounge area complete with a comfortable sofa, two arm chair and a Smart TV so after those long coastal walks you can cosy up in the evening and watch your favourite shows. If you decide to dine in at home, or even for a spot of breakfast before heading out then there is a dining table with two chairs. The next room on your right is a spacious double bedroom which overlooks the garden and has plenty of storage space for your clothes and belongings. Finally the kitchen offers you everything you need to enjoy your stay including an electric oven and gas hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and a dishwasher, there is also another dining table with four chairs. Completing the accommodation is a shower room with shower and WC. The French doors in the kitchen lead you out to the enclosed garden area with decking complete with table and chairs, so why not have a spot of breakfast outdoors and as the garden is south facing you can soak up the sun and enjoy some al fresco dining. There is off road parking for one small car and further on street parking on a first come first served basis. Need to know: 1 bedrooms 1 double. 1 shower room with shower and WC.
