Located just out of the village of Hindringham, on a quiet country road, County Farm is a fabulous rural retreat for a family, couples or friends who want to enjoy a peaceful and wide open rural landscape. The house is lovely and has been thoughtfully updated with a modern country kitchen, tasteful furniture and furnishings and happily accommodates up to five people. There are three bedrooms (double, twin and single) and two bathrooms, both of which are downstairs - one is just off the kitchen, and the other is a fabulous walk-in shower within the outside laundry room - in true country style! There is a large enclosed garden where dogs and children can safely play and let off steam without disturbing the neighbours - the nearest ones are a little way down the road!
Although there are no amenities in the village, it is only two miles to Binham where there is a very well stocked village shop, a good pub and a petrol station. This is a great base from which to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Remember to take along your binoculars so you can spot the fantastic bird life and your bikes too - there are numerous quiet lanes all around the village.
