Ground Floor: enter from the rear car parking space, through the gate to the back door leading into kitchen/dining room: with range style cooker with gas hob and electric double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, central island and dining table with 8 chairs, door leading into the hallway with doors to second reception room: with sofa. Downstairs WC and washbasin. Lounge: with large corner sofa, armchair and 2-seater sofa, electric fire and TV with DVD player.

Staircase leading to first floor landing, with door to Double bedroom: with double bed, hanging rail and washbasin. Family shower room: with shower, WC and washbasin. Double bedroom: with double bed, built in wardrobe. Family bathroom: with bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.

Staircase leading to second floor landing, with doors to Twin bedroom: with 2x 2ft 6” single beds (suitable for children). Double bedroom: with double bed and wardrobe. Family shower room: with corner shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.

Outside: Enclosed rear garden with astro turf (please note uneven surfaces with several steps to back door), rear pedestrian access from allocated parking space.

Please note: Stair gates, table booster seat and travel cot (please bring own bedding) provided. Bed linen and towels provided. Sloping ceilings on top floor. Location: beach 0.4 miles, cafes and shops a 3-minute walk. Train station a 3-minute walk.

    “We stayed here in June 2022, the property is spacious & has a sunny enclosed garden. It was clean and adequate although a few small issues such as no WiFi and the top floor shower room is quite tight and only for kids. The property is over three floors and may be difficult for less mobile people, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. ”
