The village is well served by a crab shop and excellent pub, both within 0.4 miles. There is also a local store and coffee shop for everyday basics. The shingle beach is less than a mile from your front door and if you’re looking for golden, sandy beaches too, then head to the traditional seaside resorts of Sheringham (5 miles) and Wells-next-the-Sea (11 miles). Birdwatchers and nature lovers will adore this stretch of coast with heathland, marshes and Cley-next-the-Sea’s nature reserve (2 miles), plus seal watching at Blakeney Point (7 miles). Further inland is the pretty Georgian town of Holt (4 miles) with art galleries, antique shops and boutiques as well as a selection of places to eat.

Upstairs there are three immaculate double bedrooms, each with individual style and quality mattresses to ensure a restful holiday. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room and there is a family bathroom with luxurious freestanding bath and walk-in shower. The Annexe provides a further double bedroom and en-suite shower room. If you want to escape for some peace, there is a mezzanine floor with comfortable seating to lose yourself in a good book.

The outside space is attractively landscaped to present a private relaxing oasis. With patio area and seating for alfresco dining, and small pond and lawned area for catching some rays.
