With shared use of a heated indoor pool and located only two miles away from the bustling coastal resort of Cromer, this hideaway is the perfect base from which to explore all that North Norfolk has to offer, at any time of the year.

Comprised of a single storey open-plan living environment, traditional characterful features combine with modern amenities to create welcoming and sumptuous spaces. This property boasts underfloor heating throughout, making it a delightfully cosy option during colder months. The sitting room, featuring beamed vaulted ceilings, offers comfortable sofas set around a Smart television, and the option to bring the outdoors in via a door to the patio. A dining table with seating for four invites guests to gather round and share stories of the day's adventures. Leading to a well-equipped kitchen, this area is perfect for entertaining at home. Exposed flint walls create a dramatic backdrop for both bedrooms. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed, with the second bedroom offering twin beds. Both bedrooms are served by a contemporary bathroom providing bath with shower over. The locality iof the barn good for wildlife as guests have spotted hares, red kite, and red-legged partridges running round the site. The pool is fabulous with private one hour swim slots bookable daily in the pool entrance when you arrive. Guests love the rare opportunity to enjoy the privacy of a one hour swim to themselves. The 13 m x 6m heated pool is open daily between 9:00am and 18:00pm, apart from in January. Outside the pool complex is a play area, featuring a wooden climbing frame and swings.

The Felmingham's neighbouring property The Heydon, accommodates two guests, and booked with The Felmingham for larger groups.

The Felmingham is a superb base from which to explore this wonderful area of North Norfolk. The area is beautiful with the National Trust properties of Felbrigg and Blickling close by, and the impressive Sheringham Park just a short drive away. Roughton has a petrol station and shop, open 24/7, and a pub serving food. Cromer has an abundance of cafes, restaurants, and some of the best fish and chips for miles around.
