Miller's Loft in Erpingham is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its immaculate cleanliness, peaceful location, and cosy comfort. Guests appreciate the well-equipped facilities and the thoughtful touches, such as a tailored welcome hamper and fresh eggs. While the loft offers a serene retreat with beautiful views, some guests noted the en-suite is compact, and there were occasional comments about Wi-Fi and TV reception issues.
Guests consistently laud the property for its spotless condition, with several emphasising their high standards and satisfaction with the cleanliness.
The peaceful and beautiful countryside setting is frequently mentioned, with guests enjoying the views and local wildlife. The proximity to local attractions and the quietness of the area contribute to its high rating, although the closure of the local pub was noted.
The property is often described as cosy and comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed and well-furnished living space. However, some guests mentioned that the en-suite facilities were a bit cramped for taller individuals.
The property is praised for being well-equipped and having quality appliances. Secure storage for bikes and a lovely veranda add to the appeal. However, several guests experienced issues with Wi-Fi and television reception, which affects the score.
The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, especially regarding the welcome hamper tailored to guests' tastes. While these personal touches are highly appreciated, it is noted that such gestures are at the hosts' discretion and may vary.

We enjoyed our stay at Millers Loft, very nice property ideal for 2. Very clean on arrival and well equipped cosy and warm with the added bonus of a nice welcome pack. I would recommend the property as it’s within driving distance of the coast and nearby towns and villages also National Trust properties nearby. The owners were very helpful and accommodating.

It would have been a 5 but for the very small en-suite.

It was just how we imagined, very clean, very quiet and just what we needed. The hamper was really good. Would definitely go back.
