Upstairs on the first floor, the stunning sitting room boasts a wood burning stove set within a feature brick fireplace, with relaxed seating and french doors onto the balcony. The remainder of the first floor is dedicated to the master bedroom suite with continued vaulted ceilings and features a king-size bed with twin single beds (one on either side), making this an ideal family room. The master suite also enjoys a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath and a separate walk-in shower; along with a separate walk-in wardrobe.

Outside is a lawned area to the front of the barn, and across the gravelled driveway, a separate grassy area for children and dogs to run around and play ball games. There is plenty of private parking available for up to six cars on the gravel driveway to the side of the property.

Please ensure when using the pool and wider pool area that children are supervised by an adult at all times.

Primrose Farm Barn has shared use of the heated indoor swimming pool, pool table and courtyard garden with three other barns within the complex. Primrose Farm Barn guests will be allocated specific times for exclusive private access to these facilities. Pre-booked times will be confirmed by the housekeeper directly with you before you arrive.
