Perfect anytime of the year, this barn, set within a small complex of neighbouring barns delivers on many fronts. Enjoy winter strolls around the idyllic rolling fields that surround the cottage, or visit the nearby sandy beaches that hug the Norfolk coast.

After a breath of fresh air, cosy up in-front of the roaring wood burning stove and enjoy lunch made with the finest, freshest, local ingredients that can be bought locally. The Gunton Arms, just a short drive from Hawthorne is a celebrity haunt and offers a unique dining experience. A stroll around Gunton's deer park is a treat too.

Head to Cromer or the little known Overstrand beach where lunch at the cafe is a must, as is a visit to the fishmongers next door. During the summer months, take advantage of the cottage garden and make use of the barbecue. The garden is fully enclosed so perfect for the pampered pooches (and children) after a swim in the shared pool which sits next door to Primrose Farm Barn. There is a larger open area of grass within the complex for children and dogs to also enjoy.

The indoor salt water swimming pool and games room is shared with Primrose Farm Barn, Rainbow Cottage and Blackberry Cottage - private swimming slots will be allocated to you prior to your arrival.
