About this Holiday Cottage

This renovated traditional cottage is situated in the tranquil Norfolk countryside, and is the perfect place to base a family holiday. Experience the quintessentially English village of Plumstead, the friendly community and national enviroment award- winning wildflower meadow and ancient pond.

Inside

The interior of Beech End has been renovated with modern appliances, yet still retains many original features. There is a dining room with a wood burning stove, and in the homely sitting room you can find entertainment systems such as a Freeview enabled flatscreen TV, DVD player, radio and CD player. There is also a music room with a piano.

The kitchen is fully- equipped with modern appliances such as an electic hob and double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dyer. a high chair, travel cot and stairgate are available if requested.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There are two double bedrooms at Beech End, one with a 4'6" bed, and another with a 5' zip and link bed which can be converted into two single beds should it be needed.

The bathroom has a roll- top bath with shower attachment, and there is a separate shower room.

Outside

The enclosed lawn garden is ideal for children and dogs to play on, and the large patio can be enjoyed by the adults- great for dining outside and cooking on the barbecue.

Other Things to Note

Two well- behaved dogs welcome. Private parking for one car, with additional roadside parking for more cars. Free WiFi for recreational use, however the speed and service of the internet may depend on the broadband package obtained by the owner.

Around and About

Dip your toes in the sand at the sandy beaches of Cromer and Sheringham, which are less than 15 minutes drive away.

Also close by are a number of National Trust properties, seal trips, Holkham beach and the villages of Burnham Market and Wells-next-the-sea.

The cottage is in an ideal location for birdwatchers, walking and cyclist enthusiasts.
