Peacefully nestled in the coastal village of Overstrand, this cosy and stylish mid-terrace cottage is a mere few minutes walk from the sandy beach, a great cliff top café, a good village pub, a delicious restaurant, and North Norfolk's stunning heritage coastline.
Ideal for a family, small group of friends or couples, step inside and you’ll appreciate the effort the owner has made to make this cottage as charming as possible with modern fixtures and fittings. With two bedrooms, one with a super-king size bed and en-suite with bath and separate shower, the other with 3ft twin beds, family bathroom with walk-in shower, a new open-plan kitchen/dining room and cosy sitting room; this cottage delivers on all levels. During the summer months, the courtyard is a little sun-trap, crying out for a morning coffee and croissant, while the separate garden located a few steps across a right of way can accommodate alfresco dining and is fully-enclosed and secure enough for both children and dogs to play safely while the barbecue sizzles and the wine chills.

I loved this cottage so much. The beds were really comfy I didn't want to get up! I want to come back every year. Very close to the amazing beach! Winnie the cockapoo loved it here, she always wanted to go and swim in the sea. (E.M aged 12)

Wow â what a beautiful stay at Plum Cottage. We came away for our last little trip before the baby arrives and we could not have asked for a more perfect escape before chaos arrives! The cottage had everything we needed and more. Such a beautiful location and perfect for our furry friend, Poppy, who now loves the sea and sand! We canât wait o bring our baby back here next year to enjoy it too! Thank you.
