About this property

A delightful little town house style cottage located in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the pretty village of Northrepps. With lovely rural views, a great pub just around the corner, and the beach at Overstrand easily reached on foot, Bumbles is a lovely bolt hole to escape to at any time of the year.

Bumbles is a comfortable and relaxing home-from-home that couples of all ages or a family will enjoy. On the ground floor, which has cosy underfloor heating, is a well-equipped kitchen with a small seating area for that morning cuppa, a very pleasant sitting room with windows looking into the adjoining sunny, dining conservatory which offers further seating. From the conservatory, step out into the pretty landscaped garden where you will find two quiet seating areas to either end, ensuring you can catch the sun all day around and enjoy the fabulous view to the max. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (double and king) and a bathroom. There is a handy cloakroom downstairs too.

Northrepps is a charming North Norfolk village made up of traditional flint cottages and houses. Just a few miles south of Cromer, there are many walks, coastal and rural, to discover; some fabulous beaches and National Trust houses to visit; you can easily reach the Norfolk Broads; or even catch the train from either Cromer or nearby Gunton if you fancy a trip to the county's wonderful vibrant capital city, Norwich.

Duvets and pillows are synthetic.

No barbecue.

Travel cot, high chair and stairgate are provided on request.

A very quiet village with an interesting church. We found the accommodation clean and spacious with good a view over a field and the church from the conservatory and garden. The location allows you to visit the Norfolk coast with ease and provides a couple of National Trust properties within easy reach. There is a good pub within 5 minutes walking distance from the house and in general it is a quiet and convenient location for a Norfolk Coast holiday
