The Cottage is in a pleasant spot for exploring the East Norfolk Coast. The sandy beaches of Sea Palling and Waxham are a short distance, with the Norfolk Broads on the doorstep.

The Cottage is an attractive holiday home set within the grounds of the owners' house.  In a rural location, the gardens back onto Ingham Fen, a renowned haven for wildlife.  The cottage is all on one level and traditionally furnished, it provides a comfortable base for exploring Norfolk.  The gardens are shared with the owner. Shop/Pub: 1 mile

Sitting Room with Kitchen/Breakfast Area with comfortable seating, flat screen TV with Freesat, electric oven, fridge with icebox, microwave, washing machine, table and three chairs

Bedroom with a double bed and comfortable rocking chair

Shower Room with over-head shower, washbasin and wc

Garden: Fully enclosed garden with table and chairs plus barbecue.

Parking: Driveway for two cars.

Heating: O.F.C.H.

Ingham a small rural village with a 14th Century coaching Inn is set on the northern edge of The Broads National Park, with the sandy beaches of the east coast only 2 miles away.There is plenty to do in the area from canoe and cruise hire on The Broads, family days out at the numerous beaches, visiting East Ruston Vicarage Gardens full of rare species and a little further north 17 Century Felbrigg Hall is well worth a visit. Cycle tracks and public footpaths abound and there are plenty of nature reserves inland and on the coast for bird watching. The city of Norwich is half an hours' drive and offers a diverse selection of shops, theatre, cinemas and restaurants to entertain you.
