Cubitts is a characterful, spacious mill conversion with amazing views that overlook the local mill pond and canal. The pond is stocked with fish and fishing licences are available locally. Beautifully presented to a high standard, the huge and sociable living space on the third floor makes the most of the stunning landscape and this is an ideal holiday home for large groups, two families or family and friends holidaying together. With dogs welcome too everyone can enjoy a great stay. Close to plenty of local attractions and some stunning east coast beaches, Cubitts is a magical property not easily forgotten.

Cubitts was a really nice location, primarily on the top 2 floors of the converted Mill building. The highlights are the main indoor room which provided a great space for us, while the location and setting by the mill pond and with the nearby walks was also great. Shops and the beach were reached with a short drive, although there is little in easy walking distance.

Beautiful property in an ideal location. The accommodation was well thought out and extremely comfortable. We were with family so ages were varied but everyone was well catered for. Overall it was an excellent choice.
