Located close to Holt and the North Norfolk coast it is the ideal cottage to get away from it all. There are many splendid local attractions including Little Theatre, Splash Leisure Centre, North Norfolk Steam Railway, Sheringham Park, Langham Glass and Bewilderwood, great fun for adults and children. Cromer has scenic cliff top walks, promenade with gardens and pitch n putt, golf course, Amazona Zoo. National Trust properties Felbrigg and Blickling Hall. The fine city of Norwich can be reached within an hour with the castle and museums. On entering the cottage; into the rear hallway with ground floor shower room, single shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. through to the Utility room, with bench seating the idea room for storing your walking shoes, having a washing machine, a step leads up into the lounge. The kitchen having an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, a step up; leads to the dining room with tiled floor, woodburner (1st basket of logs included), a doorway gives access to a narrow steep staircase giving access to the double bedroom, a step up into the master double bedroom, with built in wardrobes and feature fire place. Spacious first floor bathroom having bath, WC and wash hand basin. The dining room leads straight through to the lounge area, there is a woodburing stove for those chilly winter evenings (first basket of logs included), a selection of books and games available.
