About this property

32 Lake View is situated on the Haveringland Hall Country Park estate, near Cawston in, East Anglia. The park is becoming increasingly popular with many looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and indulging themselves in peace and tranquility. There are two large lakes and the surrounding countryside makes this a haven for wildlife with an abundance of cycling and walking tracks right from your doorstep. The property itself is only a couple of years old and has been furnished to a high-quality standard. Entering the lodge, you walk into a spacious open-plan living room which offers a welcoming space with comfortable sofas, a cosy electric coal effect fire and a large flatscreen TV. It also offers a bluetooth sound system with speakers in the ceiling. There is a lovely dining table with seating for up to four people. The kitchen has modern fixtures and fittings, and is well-equipped for light or heavy cooking. There are two bedrooms: one double with an en-suite shower room and one twin with a separate family shower room, ideal for those busy mornings. The bedrooms are designed with a minimalist approach, with the main bedroom housing a walk in wardrobe. Off-road parking is available for one car. Outside has a wrap-around decking area, with views across the other lodges to the nearby lake, and makes for a wonderful place to sit and relax in the blazing sun. With on-site park managers always willing to lend a helping hand, what more could you ask for in a holiday home? While you stay with us, why not visit Norwich Castle? A medieval royal fortification, it was founded in the aftermath of the Norman conquest of England when William the Conqueror ordered its construction. The site also hosts collections of archaeology, fine art, natural history and teapots. Or venture towards Bewilderwood, an adventure park with treehouses, zip wires and jungle bridges, plus marsh walks and storytelling. It is an ideal day trip for children. For parents, why not visit Norwich Market? An outdoor market consisting of around 200 stalls featuring diverse food, art and craft vendors. It was founded in the latter part of the 11th century to supply Norman merchants and settlers moving to the area. In addition to the local attractions in the area, there are also fishing lakes, a boating lake and a working church on this site. 32 Lake View is the ideal property for a short break or cosy holiday in the wonderful countryside of East Anglia.

Norwich is a city in England's Norfolk County and is situated on the River Wensum in East Anglia. The city was home to a long-established tradition of brewing, with several large breweries continuing in business into the second half of the 20th century. Only microbreweries can be found today. The city is home to a number of cafes, restaurants and shopping facilities. Norwich is the only city within a National Park, the Norfolk Broads, and it also holds the largest permanent undercover market in Europe.

The directions to reach this property are absolutely hopeless and the whole thing needs re writing. There appears to be no written information about how equipment works, where eg recycle bins are, or what to do re sheets, towels and rubbish when you leave. Therefore, property faultless, but useful information really non existant. We loved it though, and will definitely book again.

Well equipped and clean, everything worked well. Nice pub and bakery in the village. About 30 minutes from the coast or Norwich.
