Blackberry Barn forms one of four beautiful and intimate barn conversions set in wonderful picturesque grounds of just under three acres at the 17th Century White Horse Farm. The barns offer luxury, beauty and tranquility in the peaceful village of Gunthorpe, just 20 minutes from the bustling North Norfolk coast, 2.5 miles from the Thursford Christmas show and 7 miles from the charming market town of Holt.

At all the barns you can expect the extra luxury touch of 600 thread count Egyptian cotton linen, White Company toiletries, fluffy towels and welcome goodies. You have access to the lovely grounds, including a grass tennis court and Louisa's beautiful kitchen garden - if you wish she can prepare delicious food for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own space. Why go out to dinner, when you can say in?

Blackberry has a beautiful open plan living space where you can cook, dine and relax, with exposed trusses and a lovely wood burning stove . One cosy bedroom and a shower room. Blackberry is semi-detached with Walnut Barn (sleeping 4) next door. It looks out onto the beautiful shared quadrangle with garden furniture for al fresco dining and the fabulous walled seating area available for all guests to read quietly or enjoy a drink in the sunshine.

One medium sized dog is welcome, two dogs may be okay by arrangement (very large dogs are not usually suitable for the barns) Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the farm and never left in the barn alone at any time.

White Horse Farm Barns are ideal if you are looking for private spaces for a larger group, the barns could be let together, sleeping up to ten guests, with ample dining space to eat together in Primrose Barn (sleeps 2).

Ground Floor:
Open Plan Living / Kitchen / Dining:
You enter Blackberry Barn in to the main living space, a bright and airy room with exposed roof trusses and beams. This lovely room allows you to cook, dine and relax in comfort.
Kitchen Area:
To the rear of the main living area is the well equipped kitchen, comprising plenty of counter space for food prep, electric oven with grill and hob, sink, under counter fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Dining Area:
Good sized dining table and four chairs.
Sitting Room Area:
Lovely area to relax and unwind. Large designer sofa and arm chair, coffee table, wood burning stove with logs supplied. LCD 32" TV, DVD, CD player with MP3 docking, lamps and cabinets.
King size bed room:
Cosy room with king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers & wardrobe.
Shower Room:
Stylish shower room with a large walk in shower enclosure with power shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Outside:
There is private off road parking for Blackberry Barn.
To the front of the barn is the beautiful lawned quadrangle, shared between all the barns. During the summer it is stunning with colourful borders. You have your own bistro table and two chairs to the front of the barn. You can also choose to relax in the intimate walled garden where there are further tables and chairs. You can explore Louisa's traditional kitchen garden, play tennis on the grass court and have free range over the grounds of the farm, along with fantastic walks on the doorstep.
Don't forget that you can enjoy Louisa's famous cooking in the privacy of Blackberry Barn, she can prepare dinner and serve it hot from her Aga to your dinner table (enquire when booking).
If you are bringing your pet, do be aware that you will be meeting Ella, the lovely labrador who lives at White Horse Farm.
