The popular and bustling traditional market town of Fakenham, home of the Fakenham Racecourse and the Thursford Show, is just a couple of miles away, and offers a fantastic choice of pubs and restaurants, as well as a cinema, the Corn Hall, a flea market, and the Thursday auction and market which originated in 1250. You will be within easy reach of Sandringham, the Holkham Estate and Houghton Hall, or you could take a trip on a steam railway or visit some of the wonderful nature reserves including Titchwell, Pensthorpe and Blakeney Point. Coastal towns including Hunstanton and Wells next the Sea are a short drive away.
