The utility room is a great space to store coats and boots and is equipped with a washing machine and a freezer. Stairs lead you to the first floor where you can find the en suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is a large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en shower room with WC. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a shower over and WC. Outside, there is a lovely, enclosed patio area to the rear of the property with garden furniture and BBQ which is separated from the neighbouring patio by a dividing fence for privacy.
