Located on the edge to the popular seaside town of Cromer, within 10 minutes’ distance of the town centre, promenade, pier and sandy beach, this detached brick and flint farmhouse enjoys an enclosed lawned garden with stepped seating terrace and provides an excellent venue for all year round holidays. The North Norfolk Steam Railway, golf course and Splash leisure centre are all close by, also, Felbrigg and Blickling NT stately homes are within 20 minutes’ drive. Visit Blakeney for boat trips to see the seal colonies and Blakeney Point NT nature reserve. Golf course and putting range available locally. Cromer carnival week is held the third week of August. Shops and pubs 1 mile.

We had a great holiday staying here. The hot tub was a massive plus. The beds were very comfortable.The oven takes a long time to heat up and we are not sure if the temperatures are correct however the grill and hob are good. This did not affect our enjoyment of the property. Easy and quick to walk into Cromer and a lovely walk up to the light use and along the cliff to Cromer or a circular walk through the wood.We would definitely stay here again.
